What we need from the customer is any available information about the person, whether this person was born after 1895, and the names of the person’s parents.
If the person was young, information about the child’s
 
 
parents is important and should be provided.
The information you submit on an ancestor will be archived in the client file, as part of the research process, and will not have to be resubmitted.

Results are dependent on the nature of the information provided by the customer.  Due to circumstances such as burned or damaged parish records, no guarantee can be provided about the extensiveness of results.  The hourly fee relates directly to the research time. Should  research methods other than primary information, the customer will be contacted before any additional costs are incurred.
